[Coldstuff] ColdHell DB

I am no longer developing the coldhell core anymore, except for some
bugs fixed in the distribution recently.  I will apply bug fixes and
useful upgrades to the distribution if they are submitted to me though.

I have run the Coldhell under the stable versions of Genesis for a
couple of
years now with no noticeable problems.
