Both are available.  Genesis p21 is not much changed, other than a fix to
buf_to_str() and another arg accepted for strsub() (so that it behaves
like strsed()).  The Core does not NEED patch 21--but without it s/x/y/ in
the editor may not function correctly.  The Core is NEARLY COMPLETE.  For
