There is a new 'Problem Group' on the cold Dark named "Patch Submission".  Anybody wishing to submit code for inclusion into ColdCore can do so by submitting a problem report under this group--with the text of the PR being the patch (include full method code--or at least enough for us to be able to make the change)--any comments you need to make can be appended as a regular PR comment.  This is in anticipation of the newer action request system under development.
