[Coldstuff] $world_time

After tracing through the core I have found that all is well.

It would seem that you need to be sure that you have set the appropriate propagate(s) for a given room and/or realm.

for example, your realm is $realm_of_storms.
@set $realm_of_storms:propagate= sight=5; hearing=5

And your room is $your_room.
@set $your_room:propagate= sight=5; hearing=5

For testing, you might want to lower $world-time:heartbeat-rate and $world:weather-rate to something way lower.

Oh, one last thing I discovered. When you create a realm the messages will not work until you actually set them. For some reason, and hopefully somebody will supply a means to fix it, $realm_of_storms, a child of $realm, does not have permissions to get messages from $realm. So, you have to define what ever messages on $realm_of_storms for all to work.

._get_message, I think, is a protected method and children aren't allowed to peek at the parent's stuff. Bad child, go sit in the corner and think about what you tried to do.

Hope that helps somebody else in the future.
