First gut reaction is bad programming. I bet your connection object fills a
 buffer and when you suspend it has stuff in the buffer that it plans to
 parse as commands... OR

It might have something to do with the fact that the net tries to do things
 with large chunks of data instead of single bytes...

I'll drop by and look at the source.

Crag, guessing, feeling kinda silly since he has no clue at the moment.
