The manual is completed, and currently exists at:

    http://www.cold.org/ColdC/

It is based off Greg's manual, but has had considerable changes and 
additions made in certain areas.  Browse at will, give feedback, after a 
period I will release a flat postscript version of it as well.

Note: certain function descriptions will vary from the current Genesis 
release, those are strgraft(), listgraft(), bufgraft() and strfmt() (the 
first do not exist yet, the latter has changed slightly in its 
functionality).
