I'd like to see a CML formatter that output DocBook. With that, we can move
the docs out of ColdCore and into their own distribution where they belong.
This should be relatively easy at first, mapping the CML tags into DocBook
equivalents. The hard part of course is going back in and cleaning things
up and adding more markup.
>From DocBook, we can export to lots of formats.
