Hi,

I think it's worth mentioning in plain english that #$# means
out-of-band and that the basic concept is that oob messages are
completely separate from normal user-input, and that support for
separation of these two input streams is mandatory for compliance to
the spec.  The hassles of 'escaping' the #$# sequence if it forms a
legitimate part of user input should also be mentioned.
