He was stupid, though. Seriously, he could have waited until late night, when no one would get on, then dewizzed and deleted everyone. Instead, he decided to cause minor disturbances (deleting about 110 rooms, only 20 of which had been desced). The only problem with what he did, actually, was that 15 rooms were coded intensely, and they had to be re-coded. I had not yet gotten into the habit of saving code in a text file. The funny thing is, he was laughing about how we'd have to re-desc, when our builder HAD saved all the descriptions in a text file. Very good builder, to be sure. Anywho, for some reason, rather than change passwords, he chose to delete them, so a quick look at a wiz showed that the password, rather than an incripted garble was a zero. And so we figured out where he was planning to enter, and deleted that wizard. Very easy, and lucky for us, very stupid. Also, had he have typed faster than me (I type about 85), he could have dewizzed me, the only competant coder on the MOO. Rogue wizards are icky. Security is important. remember that. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get email at your own domain with Yahoo! Mail. http://personal.mail.yahoo.com/
