It was accidentally dropped, fell through the floorboards and nobody has

If you want, you can try the following:
* in unix somewhere, after 'configure' has run its course)
> make win32
* move the whole server filetree to a Win32 system, edit
src/include/config.h appropriately (I dont know what appropriately is
yet :) and src/include/defs.h as well (at the top you implicitly 'turn
on' Win32 support).
* try to build it (either through a project, or the gnu win32 unix stuff)
Frankly, I _suspect_ it may compile with little to no problem in the gnu
win32 unix stuff.
