The manual Jeff refers to is the one in ColdCore. It is still a 'full
fledged' reference manual, it just isn't in an immediately printable
format. But as my earlier (a week or two ago) message stated--this is
simply a matter of building a formatter that will generate it in
texinfo or a similar format (what the original reference manual was
in).
